Getting through Winter sick free!
1. Load up on vitamin C! Vitamin C is amazing for boosting your immune system and the best form of it is straight from fresh fruit and veggies!
2. My second go to over winter and to be honest all year round is Comvita Australia Olive Lead Extract! Olive leaf extract is an extremely high antioxidant and has free radical properties that relief the common cold, sore throats, coughs and boost the immune system!
3. Healthy hack number 3 is, blending the juice from1 fresh orange, 1 lemon, grated ginger, fresh turmeric (or powdered form is fine) and half a clove of garlic. Although this may not be for everyone I have personally found this has worked so well for me over the years.
