Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookie Dough

Protein Balls

Makes 10 Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almonds

  • 2 Tbsp almond meal

  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour

  • 2 Tbsp Desiccated coconut

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp mixed spice

  • 2 - 3 Tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • 2 Tbsp stevia

  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Nibs

  • 1 Tsp coconut oil

  • 2 Tbsp nut milk

 

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Place them in a food processor or a Thermomix - until a consistency that will hold itself together.

  3. Use a tablespoon to heap the sticky mixture for size, then using your hands roll into a small mouth-sized ball.

  4. Place to balls into a sealed container and freeze for about an hour and half.

  5. ENJOY!
