Chocolate chickpea brownies 

Ingredients:
 

  • 1 x 400g chickpeas

  • ½ cup raw cacao

  • ½ cup almond meal

  • ½ cup buckwheat flour

  • 4 tbsp stevia 

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup

  • ½ cup nut milk 

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 tsp baking powder 

 

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2.  Line a small baking tin 

  3. Combine all ingredients into a food processor 

  4. Bake for 20 – 25 mins or until firm to touch
