Hemp Banana Bread

Ingredients:

 

  • 3 ripe large bananas + one for the top 

  • 3 eggs 

  • 1/2 nut milk 

  • 1 cup hemp flour

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour 

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 3 tsp stevia

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 

 

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius

  2. Lightly grease a bread tin.

  3. place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until they form a sticky smooth consistency.

  4. Poor mixture into baking tin and smooth out the top, cut 1 banana down the middle and place on the top. 

  5. Cook for 25 minutes or until the cake is cooked through and a skewer is inserted and comes out clean.

  6. Allow the cake to cool on wire rack and serve with almond butter. 

Note: These are all rough measurements so may need to play around a little.
