Healthy Pancakes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 egg whites 

  • 2 Tbsp almond meal

  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour 

  • 1 Tbsp desiccated coconut 

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 

  • ½ tsp stevia powder 

  • ¼ cup of nut milk of choice 

Toppings:

  • Maple Syrup

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Coconut Yoghurt or Greek Yoghurt

* For an extra protein hit - add Nuzest Protein Powder (see product recommendations)

Procedure:

  • Beat egg whites for 1 minute with a fork 

  • Add in the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir

  • Pour into a non stick pan and cook until golden brown on each side 

  • Once cooked, put toppings onto pancakes
