Pumpkin paleo bread 


  • 2 cups cooked pumpkin mashed 

  • 1 spring onion chopped finely 
    2 cups almond meal (or 1 cup almond meal, 1 cup buckwheat flour)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder 

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast or parmesan

  • 1 tsp ground sage

  • 1 tsp ground paprika 

  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour 

  • ½ cup of milk of choice 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 




1. Cut pumpkin  into small cubes along with spring onion and bake at 180 for 20 minuets or until cooked 

2. In a bowl add almond meal, baking powder, sage, paprika, tapioca flour and mix well 

3. Add mashed pumpkin, spring onion, milk, eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix well. 

4. Place all ingredients into a bread tray and bake on 160 for around 45 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
